NFTA customer service "SUCKS"

You all have the most “RUDEST” customer service I have ever had in my 31 years of life!!!

I am new to taking the metro.. I called your customer service department to see how do I get from my home address to my new job located in Getzville NY. The guy I spoke with name is Tony. He answered the phone I didn’t hear his name because he was mumbling I said Im sorry I could not hear you! He said “how can I help you” I said I am trying to find what bus I would take to get to Getzville NY.. Thats when it all went down hill….. I hung and called back. The next women I got refused to give me her name and started yelling at me because she assumed I new to just call in and start spitting off information to her. 

If you want me to start a boycott against the NFTA I will!! This is not how you treat paying people!!! I come from the customer service would and clearly you all need to do a bit more training!! I get after all you get tiered of taking call after call and I get you get tiered of talking to people… However this is your job “I am the reason they have a job” to help people that don’t know how to take the bus or to give directions to people that don’t know how to get around using the NFTA!

I am a blogger as well as a YouTube guru… This is about to get around the world really QUICK!!!

My letter to the NFTA office in Buffalo NY... One of the most rudest customer service experiences I have had!!!! The really need to do something about there training program or hiring process... "Two" yep, two of the worst kind of people thats working there!!!!
